This brewing day starts at 0900 saturday, and will take you through a full brewing day. Everything is based on the traditional brewing like it was done at our farm 50 - 100 years ago. We use stainless steel kettles, not wooden - out of practical reasons, but the rest is authentic. There will be possibilities to buy kveik during the training. Samples of kveik beers and lunch will be served.
