Kveik history and tasting with Sigurd
This is an evening of travelling into the mystery of the infamous Kveik.
I will talk about the Norwegian brewing history and traditions, on the legacy of my farms founder, the Sheriff from 1590 and how it all has ended up where we are today.
I will adjust the narrative based on the interest of the audience. Are you a beer geek, a dedicated home brewer, a commercial brewer, or did you just tag along to spend some time? Feel free to ask whatever questions you might have - I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
You will taste a traditional kornøl just as it has been brewed for ages here on the farm, and we will do a quick trip through the diversity of some different kveiks to give you an idea of what it can do to the taste of the beer.

The tasting starts at 6pm, and will last for 3-4 hours.
